First Choice Haircutters

Would recommend going to a different barber / salon.Had scheduled appointment, arrived at scheduled time and was called to come inside. I was then informed to wait another 20 minutes past my scheduled time.People's time is important, if you value this I would recommend elsewhere.

Don't go to this location unless you want to listen to one of the stylists go on about how Covid 19 is a hoax and the government is after your DNA! When i walked in she had one of her customers watching a You Tube video about it. Unreal, not everyone wants to be subjected to YOUR beliefs!

I brought my 4.5 year old daughter in for her first hair cut this morning, and the stylist who worked with us was so sweet and gentle with her. She left with a great cut, super fast, and the cutest pigtails you've ever seen. We also received a certificate for her First Haircut" and a lock of her baby hair and a little gift for my daughter. It was a wonderful experience!"

I must start this review my stating when I go get my hair cut they need to have me take off my glasses and I can't see what the stylist is doing at all or I would have stopped them. I went in for a trim with hair down to my mid upper arms. The stylist asked what length I wanted and I advised no shorter than shoulder length. The very first cut the stylist cut well above my shoulder across the back of my whole head and when I left my previously long hair was no longer than my jaw. The stylist also panicked when my naturally curly hair started to curl and thinned my hair without asking if that was something I wanted so that my hair would lie flat on the side of my head. In the end it's just hair and it will grow back but that was not at all what I wanted. I will not be back and will be cutting my own hair from now on.

If someone prefers to get their damaged then this is the place. Zero for confidence in work, zero for handling customers. Disaster!

My hair has been permanently ruined here.I wanted my hair brought to a lighter, icy blonde (from dark blonde). I instead received platinum yellow hair, with the texture of cotton candy and chemical cut.The long healthy hair I've been working on for years got ruined in the matter of 2 hours.My stylist" kept asking the other girls questions the whole time

First off, I'm the type of guy that shaves his head just because. Not picky with my hair. With that said the stylist today was very very bad. I showed her two photos of my haircut done by a good stylist.Her fade was patchy. She was quite rough with the haircut and she took so much off the top. Might be the worse haircut of my life. I told her she could even go longer than the pictures. She went way way shorter....the top is maybe 1inch long. The pictures I showed her it's 3 inches long.I've gone to first choice before and got a decent haircut. Understand when you go to any of their establishments you are taking a huge risk. Not worth saving 5-10 bucks on a haircut. I've been cutting my own hair during the pandemic via YouTube videos. I can safely say I can cut my hair better than her.If you find you are thinking Chances are it'll be fine" Thats what I thought and I regret it.She was a short attractive blonde with a portrait tattoo on her forearm."

disappointed...made an appointment at 9:15 this morning for 11am. Showed up at 10 mins to and and at 10:58 the hair stylist took another person. Why did I make an appt as it seems it doesn't matter. Technically i was engaged with your salon before this person walked in. I waited until 11:10 and left because it still was going to be awhile.needed to share as this is not acceptable customer service at all.
