I recently came in for a quote on some body work and got a great price. Decided to go with them and the quality end result was great. Fast service without any runaround games like some other mechanics. Very satisfied with them and will be coming back. Professional and trustworthy.

I believed everything he said until I saw the car. He said, I will get the reflectors for you" because it was missing one but nope when I had the car he didn't replaced the missing reflectors on the left rear side of my bumper. I was referred by a previous customer to give them a shot at purchasing my suv. I had met a gentleman by the name of Steve and showed him what I had to trade as I was at other dealers, new car stores and wasn't happy with what they were offering. I explained this to Steve and he assured me that he would try to get the highest value for my trade in, where have I heard that before?? A week later Steve was able to locate a vehicle I had asked for including colour and specifications, exactly what I wanted. He also was able to exceed the trade in value that I was quoted from a new car dealer and I was also able to purchase my vehicle at about $2500.00 less than what new car dealers were asking. I was not only impressed by his phone call explaining all this to me I was also waiting for all those so called extra fees" dealers like to charge you for nothing. Do not buy from this place. They will sell you a car that will barely pass safety and if you actually check if it is passing safety elsewhere it won’t.They sold me a car that had a bulging tire, no check hinge on the passenger door, failed oil switch sensor, and the AC was shot even after I paid to have it fixed amongst other things.Stay clear - you’ve been warned

So happy to have bought my first car at Safelane. I've had my Mazda3 for a couple months now and it runs like a charm, haven't had any issues. Steve and Mamoud were very personable and eager to answer any questions I had, as well as address my concerns with the vehicle. We came here on a referral. We met Mahmoud and he is a very nice guy. We liked a truck he had at a very competitive price. We bought it and had it in the driveway the next day. Mahmoud took care of everything and assured us to come back anytime for any tiny issue or mechanical service. We are very happy with our purchase and experience. I highly recommend.

Bought an F150 very reasonably priced from Mamoud I feel like him and Steve are doing an amazing job especially when it comes to customer service wheel barring light came on a few days after I purchased it he should’ve fixed it for free but I mean I also understand him because it’s a used vehicle besides that we made a deal for some summer tires that he didn’t have in stock at the moment and 4 months later he gave me the tires mind you I bought the car in janurary so 4 months was perfect the guy is great responds right away and is a man of his word I had such a good experience there.

Recently purchased a vehicle which I am happy with-all the cars for sale on his lot are in fantastic shape/road worthy and are priced very fairly. Was well worth making the 350km drive! If you're interested in a car they are selling its certainly worth pursuing!
