Need to work on communication skills. Here over the Christmas holidays and tried to get some service. No note on the door and the only message on the phone was from November 14.

I am very impressed with the high level of service at Big O Tires. I came in without an appointment for a flat tire I got from running over a screw. Even though there were five people waiting in the lobby for service, they were incredibly patient and accommodating. They let me leave my car there while I ran errands - I was back in under an hour and it was fixed and ready to go. The rates were very reasonable and the staff was helpful and polite.

Shout out to great customer service and care. I rolled in early morning when passing through Ladysmith. My vehicle came up with a low tire pressure alert and started to feel strange. Big O Team helped me get on my way by quickly assessing and repairing the issues. They did this as a courtesy. I have not been a customer of theirs before so this courtesy was a nice surprise.They have won my future business. Thanks again to the morning staff!
