Came to Carmen with a very last minute engagement ring request and she was very up front, realistic, and transparent about everything. I put my trust in her to create a beautiful ring and she did an excellent job in a very short window. She kept me in the loop during the whole process and was very personable and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a designer ring.

Carmen was so incredible to work with while designing my engagement ring. She made the whole process an absolute dream, from start to finish- even going so far as to bringing in a few more diamonds for me to look at when I was on the fence (only to go with the one I originally fell in love with). She was so thorough and honest throughout the design process, giving her professional input wherever needed to make sure that my ring was going to not only be beautiful, but would also suit my day to day lifestyle. She’s the only jeweller that works with salt + pepper diamonds in the Edmonton area that I could find, and I can’t imagine anyone else creating my dream ring!

Concept jewelry design was a pleasure to work with. We fell in love with a ring we found on Pinterest and Carmen took all the time in the world to find us the perfect diamond and bring the photographed ring to life for us. I get so many compliments on the workmanship of my ring. Not only did she bring our vision to life but she also went above and beyond with my now husband, helping him plan his proposal and checking in to see how it all went. I would recommend Concept Jewelry over and over again!!
