Scentimental Flowers

High quality flowers that last a lot longer than those from cheap locations like grocery stores. I've purchased things there twice multiple years apart and everything has been exceptionally well done. The staff are friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable and seem happy with the place they work, which reflects well on the owners.

Absolute TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered flowers from Maria to send to a relative at Montfort Hospital. I asked for a small pink and yellow flower arrangement. She said she would get them there and that she would update me and send me a picture of the flowers. She never updated me and when she finally did send me a picture, it was not even remotely close to what I had asked for, AND my sick relative never received them! I called upset and she said she would fix the situation. I never heard from her again, I tried calling for a couple of days and she wouldn’t answer my calls. My relative was so disappointed to never have received them after waiting for days! Ended up using another flower shop.

I visited this shop recently and I been server with good care. Good, simple and friendly concept with client communication. Price is actually normal and basically at the same level as in other flowers location. It was convenient for me and I cannot complain about service or ordered product. Might be place required some renovation but, most of the time it will be hard to find justification and enough amount of money for big investment to the small business. I won't hesitate to buy again beautiful flower bouquet at this location.

HelloI placed an order online on Saturday for delivery on Sunday. I did not receive a confirmation email. I tried to email the email address provided, and the email bounces back. I see however that the money was processed.No where on the online order form did it say that you were not open on Sunday to deliver the flowers. I have called numerous times with no answer. Is this even an actual business? Pick up the phone!

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday two days later. It now a week later and no flowers. They won’t return my call, email is not valid, and I sent someone to the store to try to pick up the flowers. She said she would call back. Still no answer. I wanted to support local but this time it didn’t work.

Ordered flowers 4 days ago and flowers still have not been delivered. All calls go unanswered. I’m hoping to update this review with better news but for now the flowers are MIA and all attempts to contact have not been answered. Not a happy customer.

This business took my money, never delivered any flowers and is impossible to get a hold of. Currently filing a dispute with the credit card company because this business is scamming people.

I ordered flowers for delivery, the flowers were never delivered. Both voicemails and emails were never responded to. Terrible customer service, and now I'm out $77.
