Used to be one of the best places to live in. There’s a new manager who’s incompetent condescending, and indifferent to the needs and issues of the residents. The “wrong “ person in the “right “ place. Many complaints about her. If this continues it will have very bad ramifications on this fine establishment. Too sad.

Totally incompetent manager. She can lose your application casually. Taking half a year to set up a simple automatic payment. Even telling you a wrong rent and let you pay for the balance after 4 months of living in！

The parking is a scam, press the button and it gives you a ticket, I go to leave after an hour and it doesn't work! I call the attendant and they tell me to press the lost ticket button and pay $30 she assures me I'll be immediately reimbursed at the paramount front desk. I go to the paramount and they tell me that they don't have the ability to refund people there and that I'd have to fill out a form and wait to be reimbursed. Been over a month now and I've never heard back about it.

used to be one of the best apartment. these years the building manager ruined it. always not in the building during working time，extremely slow dealing with everything， if there is a lot of stuff to do why not hiring another person always keep saying busy and keep let tenant waiting Sevice attitude are horrible！
