I have bought a few sleeping accessories from this particular location and everything turned out good. They were just as advertised and what I expected. The location is very convenient and can easily find lots of parking in the lot. I would go back again if I needed other accessories.

I was helped by staff members including robin and my experience was amazing. I spent 3 hrs there with no pressure to buy just answers. I now have the mattress that suits my needs thanks to these boys. The delivery was on time with professional movers who were Curtis and polite. I do recommend the warranty they offer cause you never know. Please visit this location and I will guarantee you will have the same experience that me and my wife received. I really am pleased and hope the president of this company reads these reviews so she knows how well they are doing for her company. I actually said to the man that you guys don’t work on commissions because I never felt pressured. He convinced me that they did. Was surprised. Keep up the great work sleep country, with employees like this no wonder I wouldn’t buy a mattress anywhere else!!!!

Great service from in store sales to delivery team. Great customer service. Kept inform throughout. Delivery team was friendly. Came in with there boots covered so no dirt on floors. Installation was quick. Will recommend to family and friends

Jim is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the perfect mattress selection. He was very patient with us while we tried multiple mattresses. We were given a very good price as well!

I purchased a Simba pillow on line due to the lockdown and although the actual process was easy I am really disappointed with the pillow recommended by the company's on-line advisors and I will never again purchase on-line sleeping products without trying them out first in the store. My experience with this pillow is does not support the neck properly and I wake up with a stiff neck most of the time .It also retain too much heat and i have to turn my head often to cool it during my sleep. I have resorted to my much cheaper pillow for my sleep. The Simba pillow cost me close to $200. My recommendation to everyone looking for pillows try them first in the store now that you can before you make a purchase.

We just left this location after going in for our first time to look for a new mattress for my parents. The salesman told us the sales and told us to ask him if we need any help, we were taking our time looking and my parents found a mattress they like, while we were discussing the price and other options the salesman was just down the row of beds from us talking to himself under his breath “are you going to buy something or are you just keeping something from me. “ so we left, we were seriously looking to buy and after being treated so rudely we will definitely never return to this store. There should not be a problem to discuss among family when making a large purchase from a rude sales person, really disappointing experience since we were just about to decide to purchase the mattress.

I’m extremely disappointed with sleep country’s customer service. I was delivered a pillow and when I opened the box the pillow was damaged. I called customer service and I was advised to go to the nearest sleep country and they can exchange or order a new pillow for me. I went to the Brampton location. The customer rep who was working there was extremely rude and disrespectful. His name was Govind Munjal. He told me he can’t do anything because the box is open and he is “ too busy” to look into this issue and told me to come back some other time. I have always been a regular customer with sleep country but after this incident, I will never be retuning back. Extremely disappointed to see the company hires people who are unprofessional and have no ideas on how to deal with you customer’s problems. Waste of money and time.

We are very happy with our purchase. The sales person was helpful in suggesting what would be the best choice for us. The delivery was done quickly with very friendly service.
