My ride was scheduled for 945 am. I needed it to be to the library before 1030 am to set up online job. This bus closes before 2pm, giving me less than 3 hours. I can't walk in this weather or stand in the cold long due to back injuries.At 10am they didn't come. When I called, I was told I had to be patient, like I was 10. At 1040 they still didn't show, and I was too late.When I cancelled, I was yelled at.
