Porky's BBQ, Hearth & Spa

We bought a Bullfrog spa from Porky’s. The service is terrible. Would not recommend. We called about availability of a part, provided the model and year and were told they had over 70 in stock. We just drive over an hour to pick it up only to find they don’t have it. This has been our typical experience. I won’t buy from Porky’s again

What a great experience with Kylie and Porky’s. My 23 year old son has taken an interest in cooking and has been talking about a smoker for a couple of years. Today I emailed Porky’s to see what options I had. Kylie responded to me within in a few minutes via email and then text. I have just finished my Christmas Shopping with Kylie who was incredibly helpful, discussed options and anything I would need to have it ready to go. They are delivering and setting it up Dec 23. How awesome is that? I would highly recommend them. We are stopping by Monday to pay and have a look around the store. Who know’s maybe this Momma will finally get that hot tub I’ve been looking at. ;)

Over the last couple years I've bought several products and services from Porky's. George and his crew from installers, to everyone instore have been nothing but top notch giving me 110% attention to my every need/situation. I will keep coming back for many years and you should too... you will not be disappointed! Thanks George and team! :-)

Great, friendly service from John and Ben!Our new hot tub arrived right on time and in perfect condition. John and Ben went over everything I needed to know at this stage of the hot tub installation. Just waiting for our electrician! Thanks!

I stopped into Porky’s recently as I was shopping around for a hot tub and wanted to do my research before my purchase. I looked around on the floor to see if there were prices so I could spend time on my own but there was no information. So I waited in line to speak to someone since no one came over to help. Once I had someone’s attention I was told that unless I was serious about purchasing a hot tub, they weren’t going to waste their time giving me information. I was then told that the two brands they sell there were not as good/built like they use to, which I thought was odd for the salesperson turn me away from their brands? I then asked if they could give me something, a basic price on a hot tub so I could have some comparison. So I was given a price of $15,500 minimum and depending on the model, upgrades, etc. As you can probably expect, that was enough for me to walk out the door and purchase my hot tub elsewhere. I put a deposit down the next day at another place and their team went absolutely beyond the expected! It’s unfortunate that I had this terrible experience at Porky’s because I’ve been a customer and purchased other products in the past. I would have considered purchasing from your store again but the person I spoke with ruined that relationship and I will never return to your store again.

They had everything I needed for an older Weber BBQ, burner had to be ordered. They sell hot tubs, BBQs, fire pits, accessories, and so much more... even really nice smelling candles.

Thanks Adam and the staff at Porky's for helping me out with a defective remote for my fireplace. Another fireplace company insisted that I needed an expensive service call because it was difficult to sync the new remote and fireplace when all I needed was a paper clip. Great, honest service without the up sell pressure.

Got a new gas fireplace from the people at Porky’s. All the guys I talked to and seen, were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Then there was the two guys, Alex and Nate, that came for the install. These two guys were amazing. Very friendly and went way above and beyond to make a perfect installation, without having to make any extra holes or alterations to what already existed. Porky’s will be my first phone call in the future if I possibly get another fireplace.

We just had a gas fireplace installed and are extremely pleased with the product and the work done. The installers did an amazing job and Jeff and Dave from Custom Reno completed the transformation with a mantel and surrounds. An amazing transformation! These are the before and after pictures.

Porky’s was amazing and more importantly Jennifer McGrath is who I dealt with at Porky’s for my warranty.My Hot Tub is very close to the warranty expiring and they replaced the main pump and the circulation pump within a week of me asking them to send out a technician to look at it. The pumps were working but making more noise than normal. I would highly recommend Pork’s if your looking for a Hot Tub, they are very friendly, knowledgeable and simply just good at what they do. Cheers to them all.
