Mill Valley Park
Peaceful little trail along side the river. Great on a sunny day, for dog walking, running or even biking through.

Mill Valley Park
Nice small park with a kids play ground. Very green and very well maintained.Unfortunately, the park is not maintained in winter. A lot of snow this year. Little kids can barely get through snow cover

Discovered this nearby park recently. An amazing place for walking, jogging or cycling while breathing clean fresh air. You escape from the busy city while still inside the city.

Mill Valley Park Trail review: I'm a local and if you're looking for a great place to walk, then you've found it. The trail starts between Sheraton Nurseries and Garnet Woods Park, and takes you all the way to Centennial Park north and connects to a Centennial Park trial (the trail is represented by the dotted line in Google Maps). In it's entirety, it'll take around 1.5 hours to finish the loop if you're walking. A friendly heads up; the trail has some steep hills to climb and there's some mesquites during the summer. You can park either at Centennial Park or Garnet Woods Park. Hope this helps!
