In my experience so far, Signet Group does not respond to their tenants for support (maintenance) requests or inquiries - example: 6 months for a screen door replacement.After repeated attempts to reach out and contact them as well as our superintendent, there has been no communication and as such, no resolution of issues. I am willing to change this review when they are willing to start cooperating and communicating with tenants.

Leah and Blair have made my move-in and living in the 89 Isabella Street community simple- a home-felt experience far from home!The team is professional and dedicated and does as much as possible to resolve reported issues as quickly as possible according to community-set priorities.Thank you, Signet Group, for your leadership and for having wonderful people like Leah and Blair on board.

As others have stated, if we could give zero stars, I totally would. Good luck getting in contact with anybody - you will be waiting MONTHS for a response. Not to mention they give zero warning for rent increases (which legally 90 days is required). If they purchase the building you already live in - good luck - will not uphold agreements you have with previous management. Yet to have a single positive interaction with this company.edit: I just received a notice my rent is going to increase AGAIN, only 9 months since the previous increase (when by law, a minimum of 12 months must pass before they are allowed to increase rent again). Extremely disorganized company. Should you live in a building managed by Signet, you should know the law, as they clearly do not.

Patty Strome from Signet Group is a star. Mrs. Strome was very knowledgable about both the building and the area. She was able to answer all of our questions and made our experience great overall.The property itself was tidy and well taken care of, you can tell the staff there really care about making it feel like home.

This company is embarrassing. Canceled my showing last minute because they hadn't heard from me" even though they never even tried to see if I was still coming to the showing - which I was. Asked to keep the appointment which I had planned my entire day around

Amazing experience finding our new apartment. Sam is an amazing Leasing agent who treats you like an dear old friend. His friendly demeanor and disposition really makes you want to move into the building. Justin the landlord at my building is one of the kindest people I have ever meet. He takes the time to show you around, explains everything in an welcoming manner and most of all makes you feel amazing about moving into your new home. This company is one truly is a great example of customer service and care

Easy sign-off and move-in process. Habon was my leasing agent and guided me through every step, very responsive and knowledgeable. Patrick is amazing as area manager in Port Credit too. No stress!

I had a wonderful experience with Patty Strome from Signet Group. She took the time and care to answer all of my questions and support me through the rental process. I reported a under sink problem. It is pouring when I wash the dishes. I received an email that it is not emergency and this is ridiculous . I emailed them 2 days ago. I placed a bucket under the sink and it smells terrible No body has come to fix the problem yet. I have reoccurring problems because it was not fixed properly and permanently Also under the sink in the bathroom so green and seems like molded and never changed from its original to new one yet. Since so many plumbing issues , it cause molding . It is also health hazard. This may cause big problems Healthwise. Many buildings fix their mold issues . I am rating here because I want people to be aware
