Mr. Lube + Tires

got low tire pressure alert, it seems just low pressure, so went to Mr.Lube, the working staff is friendly and offer me free service. Thank you so much

During the long weekend, I ended up with a nail in my tire. While all of the other local tire services were closed, the Mr Lube team ordered new tires to arrive the following day. They were very friendly, accommodating and offered exceptional customer service. Finding a flat tire is never a fun experience, so I am thankful that the Mr Lube team went above-and-beyond to help me out!

Changed oil, filters, a turn signal light, something else. Paid over $400 for everything. They decided not to tell me the oil was leaking from under the plug, they put sealant on it. On the way out, they made some smoke under the hood, went back to them, washed something off with water under the hood. For that amount of money, I expect more responsibility to the work. Won't be coming back again.

After getting my oil change and service at Mr Lube Maple Ridge, I was able to drive home and park my van. The next time I went start the van It would not start. I live out of town and was faced with a huge towing bill and repair. Fortunately, I have a neighbor who is a mechanic and he was able to diagnose the problem. When the inspection was done for the air filter the operator pulled the hose off from the intake manifold. I paid the mechanic $50.00 for his help. (way cheaper than a tow and repair at my regular mechanic in town) All the manager from Mr.Lube would do was a %15 discount off my next oil change. A grand to of $14.27.THAT WON'T CUT IT AND IT WILL BE LONG TIME BEFORE I USE Mr Lube AGAIN!!!

Very professional and thorough job on my oil change. Felt like they only pointed out things that needed work and not try to up sell me on things that didn't need to be done. Gave me confidence to go back in the future. This was my first time with this location and I'll go back.

There is an amazing team here. These boys are so perfect in their both customers service and the actual job itself. I was greeted by a young man named NAV he is so professional and damn good. I was there for just an oil change but NAV and his team checked my car inside out and told me whatever was wrong with my car (they were so honest saying that nothing else needed service which was true) only for the price of just one oil change. NAV also replaced the windshield wiper blades at no cost ( no cost at all). I definitely recommend this team. NAV you are 5 star.

Over a month ago we went to the Maple Ridge location for a oil change and they were all fumbling around like they were unsure of what they were doing. After the oil change my van still said I needed an oil change when looking under the hood none of the fluids were topped up like they did previously.We were asked at the time if we wanted a break inspection but our breaks were fine so we declined as of this week our breaks were out of break fluid and we now need to work on our breaks. When we contacted them about the fluids not being topped up they told us to come in and they would do that for us, my husband took it in, they charged $70 for a break inspection and almost $800 to fix our breaks we declined and they wanted to give him a deal we still declined now thinking there was something else going on and they complained about having to put our van back together after the trouble they had taking it apart.We used to go here all the time but we will not go back they do not seem to know what they are doing and we did not get the quality of service we once did.

Drove in yesterday with a punctured tire that was quickly losing air. The technician advised my tire was not repairable due to the location of the hole. He quickly installed by spare tire and provided me information on purchasing a replacement. I was fully expecting to pay to put the spare tire on and he said it was free of charge. Great service and friendly technicians. I will be back.

They asked to charge me more than every where to fixed my tire as my tire’s sensor got damaged and i asked why charging more than enough and answer was because we do not make appointments and fix it by the time you bring the car!.So, I am not sure doing this is a fair and tight thing or not.just wanted to share.
