I had a good opinion of this place until I purchased a pair of DR. HENRY MARY JANE WITH STITCHING shoes. - What an AWFAUL experience !These shoes were the biggest mistake of my life! They are so intensely restrictive that my feet never knew it was possible to take that much freedom away from them. In these shoes my feet can’t breathe at all, and they have caused so much harm to my feet that I can no longer work, travel or even walk inside many public spaces. My feet have never experienced such brutal tyranny! And the worst bit is, I can no longer take these shoes off my feet!! Be warned ! Stay away from these little monsters!John Fluevog, what were you thinking ???

service is friendly but my shoes heel broke the third time i wore them, and it took a month to repair. then on my next outing the other heel broke!! nice folks, shoe quality leaves something to be desired.

I came in with my new boots and the fellow laced them to fit my calf. I didn’t think about that when I purchased them online. With my arthritic hands, I never would’ve been able to do it. The store is easy to find, right next to Market Square. Love the displays and so bright and airy. They had a great selection and also a display of the community designs. (I can’t remember what they’re called) I’ll be back for my next pair. So much nicer than shopping online.

Wayne used to be helpful and great! Now he’s rude, condescending, dismissive and the reason we will never buy shoes from this store again. Add on the THREE pairs of shoes that need repairs (heel fell off, loop broke and leather trim split) and it’s time to buy pricey shoes elsewhere.

Fabulous staff who are so knowledgeable, and you never feel pressured to make a purchase - they want you to fall in love with what you choose to buy. Such a fun shop with obviously wonderful designs, it's like picking out a piece of wearable art. ❤️

Not a happy customer. I wore my boots less than 5 times in the year I've had them and the heel has come disconnected from the boot. I reached out to customer service letting them know what had happened, but your company has informed me it is uninterested in compensating me or helping me get this fixed. I live rural now and there are no shoe repair places that I can even trust to fix this. Absolutely embarrassing for an $800 designer boot to break after maybe 3 uses. I will never buy Fluevog ever again. I'm disabled and would have never had the money to buy such an expensive shoe if my father hadn't died young as he did and left me a small amount of money on his death. Even after I somehow get these fixed with where I'm living, wearing these will always give me a bad taste in my mouth.
