Had a great experience getting a key cut for one of our freightliners. We needed a key cut at 7:30 p.m and PLS was there to help. He did not overcharge or charge a ridiculous call out fee. One of the best experiences. Thank you for your quick response!

I’m a loyal customer! I’ve had to use Mike to unlock my vehicle, I’ve had to have Mike save me after losing the key to a company work truck, and today I had Mike cut and code a spare key for my wife’s car. Exceptional service and quality.

Mike responds to calls very quickly. Within 30 minutes he was at my house and cut and programmed a new key for my kid’s truck. Can’t ask for any better than that.

Locked my only key in the truck, PLS showed up right away and got me back on the road.Waited for new keys from factory (2 months). Mike had them in stock and didn’t charge the programming fee the dealer told me I would need to pay. Our truck reads the keys and sets them up itself!I feel PLS was honest and quick to get us what we needed.

Awesome!! My key would not turn in my ignition and I had tried everything. He was fast and figured it out quickly and professionally. Would definitely call him again. Chat was also super helpful and convenient as I can't always be on the phone while at work.
