An amazing experience from start to finish. No problems, ho hassle just perfect service. Chris, Eric and Cathy are wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with. Trust me, they are the ones you can give your car for the perfect job. Last year, my car was repaired from a body shop in Cambridge and I did have the worst experience of a lifetime. I began to doubt all body shops but Shouldice collision centre has done a very satisfying job and perfectly analyzed a request I had put to them outside their line of work. Chris, always made things easy and quick. Thanks to all of you.

Absolutely recommend this place. My car looks fantastic! (front fender bender accident) Felt like I was driving away in a brand new car! Outside and inside looked great. They said four days, four days it was. Friendly service, great staff. I greatly appreciated, I think her name is Cathy, driving me to the rental place. Once again, great service!

Absolutely the most amazing and personal experience with Cathy. I had a very small “bruise” on my rear fender. Cathy treated it with so much respect, even though it was small. Most people would have ignored it. She gave me a great quote and it was finished quickly and expertly. I am so pleased with the result. Cathy is an amazing person, employer, mentor and business woman. She knows how to treat everyone with respect with so much efficiency. Thank you Cathy for another wonderful result. Such an amazing experience here! The staff (Eric particularly) was so helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. Brought in my first car after my first ever accident and came out headache free! The staff that replaced my front bumper did an amazing job, I have no complaints at all and would recommend Wayne Shouldice to anyone!

The initial contact with Shouldice was leaving a voicemail and then there was a prompt return call. The individual from Shouldice was very welcoming, answered my questions, and I made a commitment to show up with my damaged vehicle to get a quote.I took my car to Shouldice to get a quote for the cost of repairs, and I am waiting for that quote. The damage is minimal, and with a busy summer I am hoping for a cost-effective, professional result in the next 6 weeks.

Just picked up my Rav4 from Shouldice Collision in Cambridge. They did an amazing job. You can't even tell that I was in an accident!The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Took my car there for a some minor body work and bumper replacement. Shouldice was nothing but professional throughout the entire process. Handled all the insurance paperwork flawlessly. The quality of work on my car is amazing and it appears they even took the time to detail the interior. Very happy, would 100% recommend them.
