Brought 5 watches in to change the batteries…3 are working great (much appreciated). 1 doesn’t work at all after the battery was replaced. Another one, a Michael Kors watch, is now missing a screw. When commented that the back hadn’t been screwed back on properly as it was half off, the employee said it was missing upon arrival, which is not true. It has only been worn 3 times, and never had the back undone before today. Very upset with paying over $90 for a shoddy job.Edit: the manager Krystal quickly responded and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me get my watch fixed fast and adjusted my loose strap to make it fit just right.

Diane did a fantastic job fixing my watch, replacing the band and battery for a fair price and in 15 minutes. They had a great selection of bands, and did their best to accommodate the hardware I brought along. Had a nice time chatting about the watch world as well. Highly recommended, quick service, good prices!

This place destroyed my brand new watches!Recently I purchased my first Rado ceramic watch. I needed to resize my bracelet by removing some links. Unfortunately, at that time Toronto and Peel Region were under lockdown. I decided to google watch repairs in Hamilton. I found this one and based on its reviews I decided to bring my watch there. And it was my biggest mistake!I asked lady who works there if she can resize ceramic bracelet. She said: yes it will cost $10.95. I agreed and asked her to remove couple links. She grabbed them from my hand and started smashing pins with a hammer.1) She did not wear any soft gloves to prevent scratches.2) She was distracted with something on her laptop. Clearly tells me that they dont care about customers and about their items.3) She did not examine type of watch or type of material it was made of. Maybe if she did, she would tell me that she doesnt feel comfortable to work on it.4) She was trying to get the pin from the wrong side! On the bracelet there are arrows which indicate from which side you should remove links!!! (Do you even train your employees basics???)5) She did not know how to pull pin properly. Rado ceramic watch uses pin with a tube, so to remove it you need to twist the link and then pull the pin. However, she did not know that and she tried to pull it with her tools.6) She could not put links together. After she pulled some pins, she did not know what to do next! She just did not know how to put links back together.7) After ruining my watches, she gave up. She just gave me my unassembled watches with pins and links back. She did not even put small parts into a plastic bag. She just did not care at all. As it is my fault that I wanted to bring them business.8) Now all other watch repair shops refuse to work on my watch. They tell me that she could have caused even more damage to it and they are afraid to take a liability for it.After all above, this employee just said sorry

After reading all these amazing reviews on line I decided to pay Krystal a visit this morning to have a battery replaced on my Bulova. I was able to remove the backing to insert a battery but was unable to press down the backing plate as I did not have a press. Very pleasant and service was fast in and out within 10 mins. I had her replace the battery which came with a 1 year warranty. The battery I used was a left over from my other watch so why not start with a fresh battery. Once again thanks for the great service which is rare these days, and enjoy your coffee.Livio

I really had a great experience with Krystal and staff recently shopping at Fast:Time. Specifically, with the staffs warm friendly focussed customer service and great workmanship. Staff were amazing bringing some of my vintage watches back to life with new batteries and sending out for repairs. The staff pointed out that one of my watches was from the latin grammys which made it a fun experience remeniscing while waiting for work order.Krystal even made an excellent suggestion on a timepiece for my daughters upcoming birthday as I purchased with confidence, immediately removing any unnecessarry anxiety figuring out a suitable age appropiate gift.Thank you so much Krystal/staff for all you guys do as it is appreciated:)With Kind Regards from a loyal customer:)

The folks at Fast time Watch and Jewelery Repair are awesome! I stopped by to get a quote on a repair to my watch. They repaired it in under 5 mins, waived the charge, and suggested actions to proceed with further repairs!
