So far haven’t had any TERRIBLE experience here.. only one time the ortho had clipped my lip instead of the wire so that was pretty painful. Also why is this office so difficult to reach??? I don’t know if it’s just me but I could spam call like 30 times in a row and no one would answer. It’s frustrating when you’re having issues with your braces and just end up having to wait until your next appointment because no one answers the phone. My word of advice: choose your office wisely! Don’t make the mistake I did of choosing an orthodontist over another simply because it’s cheaper.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kathryn Coups Smith since 2000 and had nothing but outstanding results.I would recommend her and her wonderful team to be your orthodontist of choice.She fixed up my “hockey teeth” that needed some TLC and with her knowledge and patience got me back to smiling again!Thank you for everything and continuing to keep my teeth straight, healthy and smiling!Chris Payne

I am a exciting client, every time I book an appointment I have to wait for 2 to 3 months, if I canceled and need another appointment, that is another 2 to 3 months. they really don't care if you are emerge or not. other than this, the brace is good.

Dr. Coups-Smith, Barb and the whole team at DocBraces are phenomenal. They are always welcoming and helpful when you come in to the office, thoroughly answer any questions you may have and make the whole process of getting braces a breeze! As a nervous patient, they were able to walk me through each step and ease any anxieties I had along the way. They've been a joy to work with for my own braces, and now each my children are also happy patients. I highly recommend DocBraces – I couldn't imagine anyone else working on our smiles!

Dr. Coups Smith did braces for both of my children. Both she and her staff treated all of us with respect and were eager to help us through the braces process. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly which took away my worries. Both Brendan and Abby's teeth are beautiful a great improvement from where we started. Since joining docbraces Dr. Coups Smith and her staff continue their great service.

Dr. Coups Smith is the #1 reason to go to this office for Orthodontics. The staff are great, but Dr. Coups Smith's gentle carring demeanor towards her patient makes the experience all the better.

I am a new client and so far I have had a wonderful experience! Grace was very kind, patient and worked with me and my budget. Dr. Smith was also very welcoming and made me feel confident in her work! I recommend this ortho office 10/10 :)

Dr. Kathryn Coups Smith and her staff are amazing! They were very kind and helpful during the entire “braces” process for both of my children. From pallet expanders, braces, and retainers, they are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A shout out to Barb for always being so kind and welcoming to everyone at the office. Since Doc Braces took over the clinic, the experience went from 5 star to 2 star. Dr. Coups-Smith is fine, it’s the franchise, Doc Braces, that is awful. Difficulty getting monthly receipts, had to repeatedly call every month, no regard for accommodating appointment times, and dragged out the treatments well beyond 2 years. No one ever gave me updates on progress in the whole 2.5 years.
