Cheese makers with a lot of fine cheese, surpring quality for non-european cheese makers.Sauvagine and Cendrillon are our favorites.I think it's possible to have tours of the factory, but it's also simple to just stop by grab some cheese for less at the boutique.Worthwhile to stop if it's open and stock up.
