My visit to myundies was uneventful. Let me explain... I was travelling not in my nicest clothes. I was greeted by a staff member. I asked if they had any sales on. She replied, We dont have sales." I was the only one in the shop

Worst place ever. Will never go again. I advise others to do the same. Save your money and find a better place!Me and my mom went there looking for a corset because its the one store that advertised some beautiful ones i wanted online. Went in and not only did they not have any of the corsets i wanted they had not very good ones, and not any in my size. Smallest was large out of all of them. Anywho, i still decided to try on. And i figured I'd go with it for now until i buy a better one online and lose the last bit of my baby weight. Came to almost 100 with tax. Wouldn't have been a bad price if it was a medium or small and was not horrible quality. Both me and my mom got one. Stiching was horribly done and falling out, it was frayed all over, mine was missing a rod on the side and another rod on the back inside was sticking out. Both corsets were like that except mine had the missing rod. Cheapest made thing I've every bought. My mom called to ask for a full refund because and items were completly damaged beyond repair but they said in store credit only. Yet, all of thier stuff is ridiculously expensive and not for everyone. We even looked before buying the corsets and thier stuff isnt special. Ive seen walmart carry better items. Never trust a place that doesnt give refund especially for two damaged items!! Greedy, unprofessional, and cheap made items. Avoid!!!!

The only place in Nanaimo that carries a J Cup. They always find a perfect fit for me, as my weight has fluctuated alot since pregnancy.Since additionelle stopped carrying my size, this store has been my only place for bras.

I wandered my way in to take a look around, not exactly sure what I wanted. So may cute items! I mentioned an item which had caught my attention in the window, and the lady was able to show me multiple similar items with good descriptions, and assisted me with sizing. The price I paid seemed very fair, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. LOVE my items, they're exactly what I would have hoped to find.

I've been in twice, both times a different staff member measured me over my shirt and bra - which should tell you all you need to know about their level of expertise. You'll find something pretty, but you'll need to know yourself how a bra should fit and your size.

I went in the store today for my first time and left with HAPPY TEARS! I have a dress with a plunging neckline and a huge bust. I ended up with what I needed, great advice and recommendations. I also got a bathing suit top THAT FITS AND SUPPORTS!I will be back ♥️

They don't have much for sizes and Thier prices ore more expensive then other stores that carry the same thing

Incredible shopping experience, I wish I could rate higher than a 5. I am large chested (size 38H) and always struggled and felt so uncomfortable bra shopping and this was so painless and encouraging. I haven’t had a bra this comfortable in years. Highly recommend for large chested ladies who need help with sizing and finding the right bra

Went in looking for foundation garments for my daughter to wear with her wedding dress.The staff member on sat behind the counter looking miserable and didn't offer any assistance.We couldn't find what we were looking for and we have no idea if they carry them.
