I just bought 2 hot derioka fevers. But they gave me straws for cold bubble tea. I asked for a proper straw, but they said they don’t have it. Now, I have 2 derioka fevers, but I’m not able to drink them. It’s like I’m drinking milk, that’s it. Bubbles don’t come. Totally disappointed. They shouldn’t sell hot bubble teas, if they don’t have the proper straw for them.I’m not coming back to this place.

I really wanted a bubble tea, but was looking for something caffeine free. The staff member recommended the lime honey with aloe. The first time I had it, I opted to have the lime rind added to the drink, since I really like lime, but it was a bit too much. The rind made the drink a bit bitter. The second time I had it without the rind and it was delicious! There's a small seating area outside this location, overlooking a busy park area. The seats aren't very comfortable, but it is a nice spot to enjoy a drink and watch the world pass by.

Its very disappointing when you go to any cafe and the server over there are not good.I wanted to have crunchy tiramisu but no tapioca and the cashier just said we can not remove it. Its not like the drink is already made and its hard to separate. You guys are gonna add it additionally so whats the problem not adding it. Upon asking another drink without tapioca, he just said we can’t make it.Every person have their own taste. I like my bubble tea with tapioca. That’s very disappointing and rude towards customer. Never coming back.

Stopped in on a rare occasion with friends the other night, unsure of what to get to fit my taste & dietary needs/inclinations. One of the servers (name unknown!) gave me an excellent breakdown of the options based on my situation and I ended up with a perfectly-fitting beverage. It was exactly what I was after – very happy customer.

We like the crunchy brown sugar milk tea(the drink comes with tapioca) and order it every week. Yesterday, my sister came to order and asked if they don’t add the tapioca in because she got her brace done and can’t chew. They refused to do it ! Even my sister explained and asked them to do ask a favor, they still refused! What kind of business is it ?I am wonder, you treat every client like that or because my sister looks like kid so you guys can treat her like that?

Although it can get very busy at this location, staff members are all attentive and serving with friendly attitude.Drinks from The Alley are simply top tiers. I’m obsessed with their crunchy collection, royal no 9 and iron goddess milk tea. They will have patio open in the summer, which is a selling point for me. I’m a regular here and would recommend.

The Alley is one of my top choices for bubble tea drinks. Their Deerioca series are absolutely delicious and I recommend trying one if you never had it. The drinks have a good balance of sugar and the tapioca is sweet, yet soft. Friendly staff and orders are promptly done. The only critique I have is the sink for the washroom is awkwardly small. Overall, great quality bubble tea!

Very conveniently located near the Barbara Ann Ice trail this place includes several sugary delights! I got the Deerioca Fever which was super sweet in the best way. They offer non-dairy substitutes such as almond milk. A small interior, but had a lot of small tables inside and a counter sitting area.

The alley is a great location for bubble tea! They have lactose free options, the flavors I enjoyed were matcha, regular milk tea with tapioca. The tapioca was sweet and I’ve never had anything like it before!
