Providing excellent customer service and willing to answers all my questions in regards to replacing the furnace and AC. Able to understand my needs and goes beyond my expectation.AC broke during this summer and we were feeling very hot and humid inside the house. Moreover, the furnace needed to be replace since it was undersized and not able cool and heat the entire house. Kal was able to accommodate and schedule to replace the AC and furnace as soon as possible.His installation staff were on time and very clean with replacing both units. They were able to provide a better understanding and showed what was the problem with the furnace and AC unit. Also, Kal was willing to meet you in person and confirm the installation afterwards which provided quality assurance that my needs where being taking care of.Kal and his staff are very professional and showed commitment that the installation will be completed on time and properly. Willing to do business again in the near future and highly recommended.

I had my water tank moved and humidifier insulated, my brother in law is been using there service for long time and I used it for the first time, I don’t think I am going to anyone else related my furnace or water heater tank related issue, they are one of the best to answer all your question and service is right on time the way they have say,Thank you guys for doing amazing job

My furnace motor needed replacing. We had no heat. When I called, the technician said he could be there in 15 minutes. They finished the job quickly, the heat was on and the house was warming up. ThermEnergy did a fantastic job! I would call them again and recommend them for any HVAC issue or new installation. Thank you ThermEnergy!

I live in an older building, and while it has its charms those charms make for some unique challenges. The whole team at ThermEnergy took those challenges in stride and found solutions to things none of us were expecting to encounter. They were professional, tidy, on time and did all that challenging work with a smile. Beyond that, despite encountering some challenges that no one expected they were very fair about their pricing and frankly very reasonable particularly considering the quality and care they placed in their work. I will absolutely be recommending them to all of my friends and family, they do great work!

I would highly recommend Thermenergy for any HVAC work. Our furnace broke down in cold days and we called them , service tech diagnosed and repaired was too expensive and part wasn't available. Their tech team explained us repair cost and new upgraded system comparison on energy savings, rebates and extended warranty offered to us . Which was wise decision for us. They did replace system same day...If i can give more than 5* i would.. thanks Thermenergy..

Got installed Heatpump through Thermenergy, did awesome job as per our needs and also did complete documentation for rebate 9of $6500 through government. Cost us very minimum and got installed a system which is already started saving on energy bills…Go green 0 carbon emissions.Highly recommended
