This is some top notch saffron! Amazingly potent aroma, and during COVID times I got it hand delivered as I live very close by to them, and Sherwin took some time to share secrets about getting the most out of my saffron. I've been using it liberally as it's such an amazing price and my food has never tasted better! Specially my basmati rice! Do not hesitate to order! This stuff can't be beat!!!

As someone who uses Saffron a lot in dishes, I was very impressed by the quality and flavor of Velvet Saffron. The Saffron itself is a very vibrant red and it added this beautiful aroma and flavor to the Tahdig (Persian Rice) I made when I first tried it. I've had good Saffron before but I must say this is the best I've had so far. I definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to elevate their palette and cook with Saffron. It's worth every penny and I'm typing this as Im placing my order for a second batch :)
