Displays are always clean and organized. Staff is knowledgeable and will spend time with you to find the product that suits you best. Whenever I go, Amber is always happy to spend time helping me with what I am looking for. If the item I am looking for is unavailable, I know I will either get a recommendation of something similar that is in stock, or I will get a call to let me know that the item I’ve requested has been ordered.

I've stopped in a couple of times for... things, and I notice that the staff are friendly and helpful. Leah deserves to be pointed out - always has good suggestions and we had a laugh that she always seems to be cleaning something or other when she stops to help. Definitely the place to shop!

Leah is the best retail worked I've purchased from in a really long time. Super polite, understands her market extremely well and made my partner and I super comfortable in asking questions on finding the right products for us. She also let us know of their loyalty program, which made us feel more comfortable spending twice as much as we budgeted for (why not invest in future products if you enjoy them ;) ).Extra bonus! They have raffles going on which we found our spending as much as we did got us entered into! Super fun! Stoked to come back .

It's my Second time encountering Leah at this store, and each time I've been there, I've most definitely enjoyed her company and assistance. She's very accommodating and definitely has a great personality to be around ☺️

Still in shock by how I was treated as a customer. I've never walked into a shop feeling so welcomed and comfortable. Sydney's knowledge and helpful tips were not only professional in their descriptions, but their diction was used in a way anyone could understand.This is definitely the only shop Ill be going into for the future.Thank you again!

I've been shopping here since my husband passed away 3 years ago and so far I haven't been let down at all from the knowledgeable staff. By far the best love shop I've been to!! Everyone is so friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Sydney in particular was such a delight to speak with. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in offering different suggestions based off my price point. However, the biggest thing that I appreciated seeing from Sydney was that she was asking the younger looking people for their id's. I'm sure it's a hassle to ask people for id's and hearing them complain but it's awesome that she does it anyway and follows the law.
