Snow White Dry Cleaners

Came in with 2 shirts which were in a bad state to say the least, I had left them in a box for almost 2 years and wasn't able to get the sweat stains out of the collar.Due to my poor planning for a white clothing gala, I needed a white shirt in 1 day and didn't want to buy a new one as the ones I have are really nice (although previously neglected).I brought in the shirts and explained that I needed them as soon as possible and he did a fantastic job! I had to pay more for a rush job but that is my own damn poor planning fault and it was still worth the price to not have to get a new shirt or worry about it being clean enough!!Would highly recommend snow whites cleaners to anybody in the area.

They did a decent job with the cleaning, but no better than I’ve found elsewhere. However, the pricing is VERY high and turnaround time was incredibly long. Won’t be going back.

gave my dress shirt for rush order. they bleached the burbbery part colour. ruined my shirt got prints on it. 650$ shirt. owner couldn’t even offer a refund or admit his wrong doing.

If you actually need your clothing back for a certain time, don't go here. My dress wasn't ready over a week after it was promised with no compensation and only excuses

BUYER BEWARE!Why is there no minus star* or even a half star* option available?  Either would more accurately depict my experience of incompetence and abuse with this retailer.Recently, I took my very expensive, favourite evening dress to this dry cleaner for stain removal.  When I picked it up there was an 'X' mark clearly visible where the original stain had been.This retailer refused to take any responsibility.  He even went so far as to accuse me of putting the 'X' mark there myself even though there had been no mention of it when I initially showed him the stain.  Furthermore, he refused to even try to remove this new stain on my beautiful dress.Anyone can make a mistake but be prepared for verbal abuse if anything goes wrong with your cleaning, and to be blamed for any problem yourself.

They completely ruined a $200 silk shirt and they couldnt care less.There was a weird blue stain on the front of the shirt after it was returned to me that were not there when I dropped it off and they couldnt figure out what it was. After several attempts they removed the blue stains but left a large water stain on the back of the shirt and a new stain on the back corner that wasnt there previously. Also the intricate pattern on the front of the shirt which used to be brown were now a faint purple/pink color. The shirt is unwearable now and all they had to say was its at owners risk"."

Quoted for one price and billed for a substantially higher price without consultation until pick up date. Stains on dress remain highly visible and when mentioned, owner was non chalant and showed little interest in fixing it. Horrible service. Will never return. Out of a couple of hundreds of dollars and still have to get the dress cleaned at another place. Customers beware!

I went and picked up my dry cleaning the other day. The price stung quite a bit as it was quite expensive. But to add to that sting the guy working decided to ask me when I was due. I’m not pregnant and I responded with I’m not but I have three kids. He replied with oh well it shows. What he doesn’t know is that I should be due in November with my fourth child. So thanks.To the guy working - It is NEVER okay to ask a woman if they are pregnant. To say I won’t be returning is an understatement.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Fantastic quality and paying great attention to detail and stains. Alterations and repairs once completed look just like the original stitching. Would choose these guys in a heartbeat because they also have rush service. They even delivered the drycleaning to my house because I couldn't pick them up in time ! Simply awesome !
