I have been using Metro Air for over 10 years for annual service tune ups and other HVAC installations and repairs. Their service is like no other. Andy is the best technician. He comes over every year and does an excellent job servicing all my HVAC system. The office is also amazing with scheduling visits and appointment reminders. They also have very reasonable pricing and payment options. Look no further than Metro Air for all your HVAC needs.

The installers were professional and did an outstanding job of installing a new furnace and humidifier. Once contacted, they were responsive and assessed the situation and delivered on their promises. I am happy with the results and their follow up. Highty recommended.

Put in a tankless water heater and vented the furnace and new system outside. Very professional, very careful and left it cleaner than when they arrived. A+++

UPDATE (Jan 2022): I had a furnace breakdown first time in 20 years on the snowiest day of year. Called MetroAir around supper time. Dale answered the call. He showed up first thing in the morning, and fixed the bad switch. I couldn't be happier, knowing the MetroAir team is reliable when I need them most.I have been relying on MetroAir to install and maintain the Hvac system in my house for almost two decades. They are professional and courteous. Their technicians are knowledgeable and always give good advices. What impresses me most is that they are personable and take good care of the customers.

I highly recommend Metro Air Home Comfort.I was so impressed with Ryan (technician). He was punctual and i found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain how my system works, how to properly maintain my equipment, and answered all my questions without rushing. It’s very rare to find technicians like this today.I have to also mention the great customer service I received from Michele. She is quick to respond and goes above and beyond to take care of her customers.

From order to completion the team at MetroAir is there for you. I purchased a new furnace from MetroAir in May 2020 Mike was a huge help in not only selecting the right size of furnace but also explaining the various comfort options available and how each could increase efficiency. After discussing the best options for my home with absolutely no pressure to upsale we concluded on a mid-range model with an upgraded blower.After that Valarie took care of everything else from schedule installation to recycling my old furnace and applying for all applicable rebates. The installation team was very professional and clean, walked me through what the did step by step and tested all seals before leaving. In addition they replaced everything pipe, duct, dampers and supply lines to ensure the furnace not only worked properly but also was neatly installed.Ryan which is an amazing technician followed up later in the day to ensure everything was running properly. He tested both the heating and cooling functions calibrated the panel and setup the heating and cooling modes. He also walked us through using the system and how we could have it running more efficiently.I've spent about two months researching various furnace manufacturers and installers and like I said you cannot beat the team from MetroAir. You might be able to save 300 -500 going with a different company but i doubt they'll give you the same level of service or even tell you about the rebates for you existing furnace.Great Team, Great Product, Great Service.

Service team of Ted, Matt and Damian arrived in a timely manner. They were professional, took care to lay down drop sheets all over the route to and from my basement. Removed my old furnace/a/c unit and installed a new one, as well as a new thermostat and humidifier. They were pleasant, friendly, polite and professional. They left my home clean and tidy following a very large job. Thank you to these professionals for their great work, highly recommend!

MetroAir was a dream to deal with from start to finish! Honestly, for anyone considering replacement or repair for any of the items they sell or service, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't call them first. Valerie was one of the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly people we have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to ensure that the Air Conditioner we were choosing would meet our needs and she covered all of the details in advance of the replacement to ensure that the techs were completely prepared when they arrived. It was obvious to us that truly she cares about her customers and that she knew her stuff! Ironically she was the same person who helped us 14 years ago when we replaced our furnace - and she was just as wonderful back then. Our furnace, by the way, was one of the best purchases we've made, they sold us a very reliable unit and it's still running like a charm all these years later. Back to the AC...Gary, their Installation coordinator was amazing, he was able to thoughtfully coordinate our installation just before the big heat wave, we were incredibly grateful for this and so were our dogs!! On installation day their technicians Ted and Damon arrived on time, masks on and were extremely professional as they got started. Ted, (also the technician who installed our Furnace 14 years ago) is literally one of the best techs we have ever met and his co-worker Damon was fantastic as well. They were ridiculously meticulous about everything - Ted ensured that they protected both inside and outside of our house - they put drop cloths down on the path in our basement and they used the box from the AC unit to protect our grass as there is a bit of a hill and they may have torn it up with their constant back and forth. They thought of everything! The job that they did to replace our AC and install an APCO air purifier was absolute perfection. EVERYTHING was so neat and professionally done from start to finish and they even had to remove the pipes from our old AC unit in order to prepare for the new type of AC coolant so it was a big job and it was all done just beautifully. Looking at the furnace, the inside of our basement wall, the outside of our house and the new AC it is evident that the work was done by skilled people who care about their work. We are beyond thrilled. One of the best decisions we've ever made was to use MetroAir and we will refer them hands down to anyone who asks.
