tanisi,My husband found employment with Samson Real Estate. I am his wife, I’m from Ermineskin we relocated our family when our twins were just 10 months old to Lake Louise. When we got here the unit was in complete disaster. A dead bird on the floor, drugs on the floor... most of these units are filled with mould & they couldn’t care less.My husband being the ethical & moral man he is didn’t agree with Samson Real Estates plan to just put a bandaid over the mould & paint over it. He got Alberta Health Services involved because we know the serious health effects mould can have.NOW they are deciding to “follow policy” deducting $900 from his paycheque because we aren’t choosing to keep our family in these horrible living conditions. I won’t use names but they treat another employee out here with less education, who is an amazing human being AND a 60’s scoop survivor very poorly & robbed him of his overtime hours.. somewhere around $4000.ayhay
