I was fortunate to have been connected to Bruno and his team as we were planning to renovate our home in Toronto. MXL delivered on our needs through creative design and diligent work at a very reasonable price. They were there throughout the design and engineering process, and even represented us when we went to committee. Bruno and Luis were able to accommodate our busy work schedule by meeting on evenings and weekends and their passion for their work was obvious. We were thrilled with the way our house turned out.

After reading such positive Google reviews we called MXL Engineering to which Bruno Lopes responded the same day and shortly thereafter inspected the area in question. He corresponded with city staff, kept us informed throughout and finalized his inspection with a written report—permit is now closed. In short: Proficient, Timely, Affable.

MXL Group are the BEST. Bruno and Luis are very professional, they are very knowledgeable, and reliable. They also are very good at accommodating to busy schedules (evenings and weekends) They design my plans, and dealt with the building permits from start to finish including committee of adjustments in just a few months. I am more than happy to recommend Bruno Lopes for any home renovation. We removed most of the walls on our first level to open up kitchen/living/dining space. This required new structural drawings and recommendation for proper beam size, where to relocate duct work, etc. Bruno was always very accommodating with his time and always available for inquires while the work was being completed. All drawings and permits were taken care of very quickly and we were able to get our renovation completed within a few months. Thank you Bruno for helping us create a great gathering space in our home for friends and family.
