She basically cheated me out of almost $1000 (when I was a college student and money was tight). She didn’t tell me important medical facts and didn’t ask for progress pictures that apparently she asks other clients for. When I asked her to fix the issues, she told me she’d provide the service for free then right before the next appointment she told me she’d charge me full price. I thought I was getting a good deal but instead I got terrible customer service, cheated out of almost $1000 and no results after going there for months.

Grace is fantastic! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. I felt comfortable receiving laser treatments in her care and most importantly saw results with just a few sessions. She is upfront and honest about the process so you know how to manage your expectations. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

She shared tips and advice on maintaining my results and she ensured that I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely go see her again for other services. I highly recommend RG Beauty Clinic. Grace is a consummate professional, explaining every step of treatment and offering knowledgeable advice. The treatment was effective and the prices were great. The environment was clean and comfortable. Grace is a friendly, welcoming individual who puts her clientiele at ease and makes the treatments fly by; going for appointments was like going to visit a friend.
