Lenmark Industries

I would like to give -5 star if I can. We bought one forklift from this company on Nov 2019 and paid for changing 4 new tires as well. They charged the money, but never change the tire for us till now Nov 2021. Every time I sent email to ask, they always said they have to wait the new tires come from supplier. I really have no way to deal with such company. I post it here, hope nobody will have this experience with this company. The forklift doesn't work well , but they don't care anyway.

It was a great pleasure to deal with them.In July 2021 we purchased some very special equipment from Lenmark in that was advertised as fully functional. They didn't have utilities/knowledge to check it at their facility so they provided us with a warranty.Once we received equipment, it turned out that there was an issue with heat exchanger in refrigeration line and Lenmark repaired it under the warranty once failed part was confirmed by the manufacturer. Since then we are a happy owner of the equipment.Would definitely recommend to work with them!

I am happy with this company, we got off to a rocky start due to a catastrophic weather event knocking out their phone lines and shutting down transport routes. Martin figuratively moved heaven and earth to arrange for my shipping container delivery before the deep snow set in, most of the highways were closed but Martin found a company willing to drive 8 hours to get around the washouts. The delivery people did a perfect job placing them, were professional and the containers are in like new" condition with fresh paint

Lenmark Industries has provided my company with breakers that are hard to find in this market today. There was a shipping issue that caught me left without one of the breaker I ordered and needed for this project, I called the delivery and shipping department and they took action right away. I spoke with Connor at Lenmark, he was professional and assured I will be getting the breaker ASAP.Thank you

Our company recently purchased a significant amount of parts from Lenmark Industries. It was a pleasure to work with Kris. He was prompt in his communications and followed through with all aspects of the purchase. The parts were represented accurately, and the packing was superb when we received the shipment. We look forward to doing business with Lenmark Industries again in the near future!

Len told me that if I would consign my diesel water pump with him and he couldn't sell it within 60 days, he would pay me what I was asking. After 60 days I asked Len about the deal he agreed to and then he immediately denied he had said that. I went back and listened to the recording of our phone call and I then reminded Len about the exact points in the conversation where he agreed to purchase the pump. Needless to say, it was just his way of lying to customers and trying to sell things before paying for them. He had given me the excuse that he had just bought millions of dollars in inventory and he just wasn't in a position to purchase the pump at the time, so that's why I agreed to give him 60 days. We even did the paperwork for a consignment agreement. Apparently this man's word has absolutely no value. Typical... Yet another slimy so called business man" in the world. There should be a cleansing..."

This company has to be one of the slowest paying companies to deal with. We made a deal that invoice would be paid on delivery and cheque was not ready, it's now been well over a month and still getting the run around saying they sold some generator and they are waiting for funds. If you can't afford to hold up you end of the bargain, then don't make a deal. This will be the last time I do business with these guys. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

We purchased a forklift from Lenmark and we are very pleased with the whole process. We received what we expected for a great deal. They serviced the unit before we got it and it runs great! For our situation this was so much better than an auction. We will be buying through Lenmark again and we highly recommend them.
