I have been training with Roula for the last couple of months and I lost 21 pounds. Best decision I ever made!Roula teaches you to love working out and inspires you to be the best version of yourself.When I first started, I couldn’t lift more than 5 pounds. Roula taught me to not be scared of going heavier and know my own limits. With her help, I can now lift more than 25 pounds. Amazing and motivating coach! Very efficient workout, no matter your level of experience with training. I felt challenged and pushed in a good way. She targets different body area each day so you can pick and choose what suits you best. I highly recommend her classes.

I have been working out with Roula for the past year, online and in person and all I can say is THANK YOU. I love the classes. Working out became a fun time and seeing the amazing results just make me want to do more and make it really easy to commit. I would recommend 1000% to book a first appointment with her and see on what physical journey she can take you. I've had other private coaches in the past and believe me, none were as good as she is! I started working out with Roula and can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.I began with private on-line classes and I then moved to her semi private classes in person.I love it! Everyone in the team are at different levels with different goals yet so supportive and fun. I actually now look forward to going to the classes. This is big coming from someone who didn’t enjoy going to the gym and was intimidated by lifting weights. I thoroughly enjoy her coaching because she always keeps a close eye on our form, she is motivating and dedicated. Always accommodating, she does not hesitate to tailor her classes to our needs. I feel stronger and healthier since working with can’t wait to see what is next. I do not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their fitness!

Roula is simply amazing! I am writing this review in hope that someone on the fence finally makes the decision to start working out. I wanted things to be different and what I realised is that if I wanted long-lasting change I needed help, and am glad that I’ve the right coach to guide me.Coach Roula is Incredibly professional, all her health program that created by her are useful. From the start she spent time with me understanding my goals, and importantly why I wanted to achieve them. She work with you to ensure goals are realistic and achievable. I have a busy professional life (eating out and drinking) and from the start she aim to modify behaviour that impedes your plan but certainly don’t ask you to eliminate things you enjoy. She teach you to be proactive in preparing for the days where you want to still have fun and enjoy yourself. I found the communication excellent. The program focuses on tracking results daily, which I found helpful as it ensures you make better decisions and stay on track. My results have been nothing short of outstanding and I’m only half way through my 12 week program!Now am eating better, training harder and as I get fitter starting to feel more confident and generally happier. Don’t baulk at the cost. It’s a small price to pay for your health and well being.It’s also plenty of fun - coach Roula are awesome!

Roula is the best coach ever!! If you are thinking of making an investment for your health and well being with Roula I am telling you there is no reason you should delay it. She has been the best to train with and has helped me in more ways I could imagine. So happy I can say I don’t dread working out now especially when the results are this good !
