Had to return some shirts from Christmas that were too large. Staff were great in helping to find replacements.

Mohammed’s customer service and knowledge are on another level, top-notch. I have never seen such. I am a (5-star)Hotel Director, my expectations are a “bit” high, he is above and beyond. Thank you! My family is a long-time return customers.

The prices have increased while their quality has decreased. Less selection, fewer brand names, and staff that pushes their in house brand of low quality clothing at brand names prices. I've gone from buying here exclusively to avoiding it as much as possible.

Bought clothes from the sale section and paid for it not realizing I wasn’t given 40% off. When I corrected the price they said “they would give me the sale,” even tho it is in the sale section with a large sign. When I asked for a refund and to be charged the correct price they could not give me the refund and said to come back another day to have it corrected because their system would not allow it. For a large company I do not know why you would not be given a refund in the same day. I am not close to the store and will have to go very far to get this fixed.

Amazing opportunity for big sized clothing however way too expensive. Only good if you can find stuff on the discount racks!

I want to say how awesome the staff is at George Richards - Oakville especially Michael in particular. My husband has to wear a white shirt in his job that is usually provided by his employer. While on a shift my husband irrevocably damaged his shirt beyond of even being seen in public with it let alone of continuing to where it for his job as a motor coach operator. My husband called in a panic and I was able to call the Oakville George Richard and Michael gave me directions to the store, got a shirt at the counter waiting for me, stayed open late to wait for me, just after 5:00 pm on a Sunday evening. He went above and beyond the call of duty for this very happy customer. I would very highly recommend George Richards, Oakville for your men's clothing needs.

Great selection, great size range, updated fashions so you'll need to go in frequently if you're looking for something in particular
