I have completed the basic security guard course and had no trouble, I would recommend it to anyone.

nobody answers their calls . and they do not have information regarding exams of security. take so long to process.

I have completed my training almost 2 week ago. I submitted all the documents which she asked but I haven’t received my tcn number. I am calling every day , mailing every day. No one is answering. If i got the reply, they are saying technical issue. When i said i need refund she said manager is on leave he will come on monday. I highly recommend dnt not means dnt not get your training from this company.

Most painful course I've ever taken by far and it's not even close.A significant portion of the stuff you learn is useless information.Spent over 2 hours just learning about lighting, first aid, PPE and bloodborne viruses. Lighting information is useless for everyone unless they are starting their own security company or own a building.0 reason to be learning about first aid in basic security course, you should take first aid to learn first aid........Sometimes re-watching videos from earlier chapters of the course.In course exams do not tell you when you get a question correct or incorrect, just says the amount you get right/wrong after which is pretty silly.

I did the training course and it is very good and easy to do and understand I totally recommend

waste of money, i don't recommend. A lot of the content is outdated.
