Can't say enough about the excellent service that we have received from PLPS over the years. They have been opening and closing our pool for 5 years now and have done some repairs. Ronna and Mitch are hands on and always go the extra mile.

Pros: Ronna is communicative and courteous. I had a lot of questions as a new pool owner and she did her best to answer promptly. Cons: It ain’t cheap and the price would be ok if it came with the service… but it doesn’t. Teenagers open and close your pool while calling their boss to ask questions which doesn’t instil any confidence. I would expect the ability to schedule your pool opening or closing as some other companies in the industry do. They will show up when they want to show up which isn’t ideal for anyone that is organized with their schedule. Also, they didn’t vacuum my pool which was quoted in the price. They emptied it, left some debris at the bottom and told me to fill the pool as they would be back to start up and clean. Two weeks go by. They came today to start up but no vacuum since it’s a rainy day. Again, I’m a new pool owner but I don’t think it should take 3 visits to open a pool. I will be looking elsewhere next year.*edit* they tossed my floating chlorinator to the side and put chlorine tablets directly into my skimmer which I’m told is not good for your water heater in fact it clearly says on the heater not to do so. I’m so annoyed with this company. Take a look at the picture of my « opened clean swim ready pool » ya right! What am I paying you guys for?!. I felt bad about my initial review but after seeing David’s (we don’t know each other) I stand by my choice. I expect someone to call me and make this right and not send over incompetent staff.

I used PLPS' services to close and open our pool. About the only pro I can list is the email communication with the owner. Otherwise, the cons are several:- teenagers sent over to do the job hardly have any answers to questions you ask about the process. They don't appear to be trained properly.- communication is terrible (text messages sent to staff are hardly ever responded to even though you're told to text them). Need to follow up several times (over the course of several days) just to get an answer,- none of the visits are ever confirmed beforehand; they just show up whenever they want and you're lucky if they even knock on the door and ask to be let in to the backyard instead of just making their way directly there and starting to work without telling anyone. Finding complete strangers just waltzing through your property is not a comfortable thing to see.- unprofessional staff; at one point the kid opening the pool told me he had to leave to get a tool he forgot, and he never returned. I had to follow up myself the next day to find out what's going on and why no one bothered getting in touch with me about this.- Terrible pool opening process. The staff neglected to reinstall underwater pool lighting they had removed during last year's closing, and despite multiple follow-ups and promises that they'd return to do the job, they never did.

Our backyard is our paradise. PLPS's services are so important a part of making sure summer is hassle-free and lived to the fullest. They are prompt, well priced and super friendly. Highly recommended.

Après quelques années et quelque avertissement verbale à PLPS, aucun amélioration des services.Service déplorable et comportant de la direction va de même.Malgré des lettres d'excuses, cette compagnie d'entretiens de piscine n'a rien à faire de la satisfaction de ces clients.Ils sont pas minutieux et détruisent des liner de piscines à chaque année !A éviter.

This company is excellent! I have used them to open and take care of our backyard pools for the last 12 summers. They are reasonably priced and extremely willing to work within your financial as well as time-frame perimeters. Call them today. You will not be sorry!
