Good restaurant for all you can eat. Great place for family gatherings or groups. My wife and I like the Chinese herbal broth a lot. The service is attentive. Vivian introduced the menu clearly and always get my food arrives quickly. If you are looking for a good time, here is the way to go.

We came before the dinner rush which meant we got our food very fast!This is an all you can eat for a set price. There are additional items that are not included and will be extra.There are limited choices and you're only allowed to order 2 meats at a course. There are two courses. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and polite.The robot cat that carries your food is interesting and efficient! The sauce choices are nice. The flavour of the soup is excellent. The meat and veggies are fresh.I just wish the washrooms were cleaner and broken areas fixed. It would also be nice if there are explanations on how ordering works, pictures to show you what it is as well as clearer on how many items you get.A lot of reviews mentioned slow wait times after selecting food but we didn't find that to be the case even when it was full and busy. They also had given us all our selections!

Did some research before coming to the place. I went through most of the critical reviews and expected to be served the same ways. However, the experience wasn’t that bad as opposed to those extremely toxic and critical reviews which was some personal bias against the restaurant. I would rate the restaurant 7/10. The other 3 is the customer service. All the servers were friendly but not professional enough to provide the best experience to the customers. Eye contact did not occur even though the server was walking toward us but she avoided looking at us to minimize the work she would be assigned I guess? At least inform another server to come over if you were busy at the moment but still try making eye contact with your customers. They didn’t come around and add any soup to our pot when it was pretty much condensed with the amount of noodles we put in. We had to walk up to the servers most of the times for extra utensil. The server spilled water on the ground unintentionally without wiping it and left me at risk of slipping. In addition, if I were the server, I would walk up to the table and asked whether we need anything from them. The surface of the source bottles were sticky and oily whenever you put your fingers around it. Overall, food was fresh and waiting period of food was short. I couldn’t write other suggestion beside retraining the servers to provide better experience! Perhaps the lack of teamwork training was the result of 7/10 from my rating based on my experience.

Definitely my favorite hotpot place in Coquitlam. They recently remodeled too so that a lot of the ingredients can be directly grabbed from the shelf. All of this is included in the all you can eat, which is less than $25 if you eat lunch. Seafood is also added for dinner though.There are free refills for drinks, and you can get a split soup for those that don't like spicy. Service is quick, and there is this adorable robot that brings the food for you :)

The food was delicious! The waitresses were very nice and explained everything to us because it was our first time getting hot pot. The service was very friendly and timely. They’ve also got those cat robots that bring you your food. Oh! They also have really comfy booth seats. My partner and I loved it here.

I came here quite often in the past. Now they have added a new self-serve section. Everything on the shelf was very fresh. I used to have to wait for a long time for the food to arrive. It's much faster now. And the cute robot still works there.

My wife and I have been coming to this location here in Coquitlam for years, and I'm so happy to say that it just got even better! We are loving the new format! And don't worry, it's still the same amazing soup bases, great food quality, and as always, awesome, friendly and attentive staff! We've already been twice this month lol and are looking forward to the next time!

Came Friday night with a group of 8.Unlike the other reviews, we had a great experience! The only negative thing was fruit flies.. But everything seemed fresh haha and tasted good! Service was quick and they were attentive.Sauce bar was awesome!Was only a 15-20min wait when we arrived.
