Heather has provided invaluable training techniques and guidance to help us with our dog.We opted for a 4 week block of 1-2-1 to help work towards good off lead behaviour and attention around distraction (our main challenge being our dog ignoring us around other dogs). And wow what a difference we have seen in such a short space of time, we never would have dreamed we'd be able to trust our dog to walk off lead with us but after these 4 sessions we have managed to get there. The training was targeted specifically to our dog, we learnt to engage him in training exercises and games that he loved and helped build our confidence in letting him off lead. Heather provided us with a huge variety of exercises/ information that we can continue to use.Can't recommend highly enough!

Heather is a magician. She walks in and the dog instantly knows who the boss is and changes his behaviour.Heather has helped us immensely to understand our puppy, his requirements, our body language and how to combine it all into a happy relationship.She taught us all the basics and showed us how to tweak things we didn’t even think about, to get the behaviour we wanted from our puppy. All with a healthy dose of humour and a lot of patience. Highly recommended!

Heather is a God send with dogs! She turned around our pups behaviour in just a week. She trained us to train him, gave us the space to talk freely about our issues with him and our lifestyle in a non judgmental way. She was an absolute pleasure to invite into our home and work with. Her work with us and our puppy Rafi has changed our lives for the better. We no longer have overnight poos, he is fully toilet trained, he doesn't destroy the house and his recall in a park full of dogs is beyond believable. I would absolutely 100% recommend her to anyone who needs a bit of guidance and support in dog training.

Dexter is 2 years old and we have been struggling with recall and getting him to focus whenever we are out of the house. However, after just 2 sessions with Heather I can not believe the change in him. We have enjoyed a lovely training walk together today, Dexter was really focussed and responding to cues even with distractions of other dogs. Heather is absolutely lovely and obviously passionate about what she does. I already feel more confident in what I need to do and am looking forward to seeing what Dexter and I can achieve together in our future sessions with Heather.

I would highly recommend Heather at Kingston K9s. She provided excellent advice and training to me to help our cockalier puppy Gizmo. When he approached 1 years, his recall was not reliable and the family had lost confidence with letting him off the lead. Heather’s 1-2-1 approach with videos of commands we had practiced really helped us to regain our confidence.

Heather has been a great help with my Springer Spaniel puppy. From the basics of structuring the day, through to teaching recall and loose lead walking. I'm very pleased I worked with her from the start and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
