I had a great experience with Nancy. I came to her to help resolve a recent injury. I was able to book an appointment immediately and was thrilled with the treatment. I left her clinic feeling better and she provided some great advice to continue the healing process. I would highly recommend her and hope to have a treatment with her again soon.

Grass Roots Registered Massage Therapy
Nancy has been my massage therapist for the past two years. I see her weekly and she has been a tremendous help in managing my fibromyalgia pain. She also does a lovely head and neck massage to help with my ongoing headaches. Grass Roots Registered Massage Therapy is in a convenient location downtown and is a nice quiet space for relaxation. I highly recommend!

Nancy is the BEST! She knows how to gently stretch and deeply massage my back in such a way, it really helps my pain and stiffness. Her face massages are the icing on the cake at the end of our sessions.

Nancy is wonderful. Whenever I ask her what's going on with my body / muscles she explains things in really digestible language and also gives great recommendations for stretches I can do on my own time to help ease tension. She manages to go deep into your muscles without causing pain. I highly recommend Nancy!
