Cannot say enough about how amazing this team is to work with. They are extremely helpful when you are in the store looking. They had options in several price points. Online payment was easy, didn't need to go to the store when we did make a decision.Through the wait for our couch to arrive they followed up with updates as to timing for delivery. Worked with us to make delivery work around our schedule (ordered here, delivery to Kelowna).We are repeat customers and would highly recommend heading here.

One day my husband and I walked into this beautiful store Muse and Merchant and since then is our go to place for excellent stock , on trend as well as unique very well priced furniture and decor . Want to say the big thank you to the store manager Edyta for her professional and excellent service , she was the most knowledgeable and very warm and friendly with the excellent design skills, she make our experience so fun and care-free . Would highly recommended! Thank you Edyta again you are genuinely amazing .

BUYER BEWARE!!! I love the look of the furniture, but unfortunately, the quality is severely lacking.We purchased a bed 2 years ago and it is falling apart. The support beams are made of thin pieces of different woods all placed side by side. The brackets that are screwed into the beams have torn out and the wood has cracked. The wood slices do not provide any support and simply break. When I contacted Muse and Merchant, they only offered to fix it at a cost to me.I will never purchase another item from this store. The quality is horrible and they do not stand behind their products.

I cannot say enough good things about muse and merchant. I’ve had them furnish a lot of my house and I’m so happy with the results. In particular, I have to say that Edyta goes above and beyond. She has a huge eye for design and helped me handpick all of my items. She has exceptional service and if you go into furniture stores feeling overwhelmed, like I do, go see her at the Langley store. She will help you bring everything together and create a cohesive and peaceful space ❤️
