Dr. Nandita Batchra

My 1 year old son had problems with his ears so we were referred to Dr. Batchra. She was wonderful. Very gentle, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The technician who tested my son's ears was also great! I highly recommend.

The doctor was great with her service and consultation. I had a bad experience with the clinic administration. I waited for 50 mins despite an appointment. I left in hurry due to the delay and the admin person was not available post the appointment. I was informed about a payment through a call which I am happy to pay but the clinic needed cash and didn't agree for Interac. They expect me to drive 44 km to pay the cash directly .

I was referred to Dr. Batchra by my family Doctor for a deviated septum. Was scheduled for the surgery (the first surgery experience of my life). Everything was explained in detail, everyone was super nice and very professional not only in the office but at the hospital as well. The surgery went very well and all is good now. She made sure to let my family know how the surgery went and assured all is well with me in the recovery room. She made my first ever surgery a very pleasant experience. A wonderful person to deal with and a spectacular surgeon. Thank you for your care and professionalism.

Dr. Batchra did a exellent job with my deviated septum surgery. She took her time and care with me to make sure everything whne right. She explained the procedure clearly and methodically. Had great bed side mannors. I had little pain after the surgury. I highly recommend her and thank her for the great job she did.

Dr. Batchra was so kind, thorough and attentive. She put my nerves at ease and followed up promptly with results. I am so grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend her to others :)

I saw Dr. Batchra 2007 for a deviated septum, she did the surgery. She has a great bedside manner and is great with kid's, my daughter has also seen her. It has been a few yrs since I have seen her for myself, but she definitely is not in it for the money. If Dr Batchra was in it for the money why isn't she a plastic surgern rather than an ear, nose and throat specialist?Though I do have to say I have not been pleased with some of her office staff or being not be able to reach her, my understanding on that though is she previously had a leave of absence.

Haven't been able to get an appointment yet because they never answer the phone. Have called many times over weeks. Why have Receptionists and don't pick up the phone?

I have an infant who was referred to this doctor about 8 weeks ago with chronic ear infections. I never got a call for an appointment and when I called the office (with a phone number I was given by my family doctor) I was yelled at very rudely by the receptionist for calling their emergency line. I then called the number she provided me with, I asked if she could be a little less aggressive and she denied being aggressive in the first place. I asked how long the wait would still be, she said a couple more weeks and I hung up. I’m sorry, I’ve heard great things about this doctor but if this is how her staff is, I, NOR MY INFANT CHILD, will put up with behaviour as such. Disgusting.

Last week I visited Dr. Nadita Betchra clinic , she was very professional and listened attentively to all my questions and answered them with details. She was not in a hurry during my stay, and even for the purpose of a hearing test, she met me again to explain the result. She was always smiling, which gave psychological comfort during the visit. Also the receptionist (I do not want to mention Her name without permission) She was very professional in her dealings, whether with me or with others, and even when I called her on phone, the answer was quick . I can confirm that Dr. Nadita is one of the best ENT doctors as well as the receptionist , i do recommend Dr. Nadita clinic.

Dr. Batchra is a consummate professional and I highly recommend her.I was referred to Dr. Batchra by my family doctor for my ear, nose throat issues.I was a little concerned after I read some negative comments at the web site about the admin issues at her office. The doctor took me in early and she patiently explained all the issues I had and even suggested that surgery was not required in my case. She in addition suggested some medical options that would address my issues.In short, it was a very pleasant positive professional experience!Good to know that there are caring compassionate doctors who put patients over generating more dollars!
