Alexander Appartements

I just signed on for an apartment at the Alexander, and I want to publicly thank my leasing agent, Laurence, for doing a masterful job getting me in the door. She was very thorough and patient, answering all my detailed questions, sending me floor plans, taking me on a followup visit with a friend, and guiding me through the final steps in the leasing process. Thank you, Laurence!.

A very well managed building. Without exception, the front desk and other staff are thoroughly professional. Wonderful pool, hot tub and sauna and excellent gym.

My unit got delayed and they won't allow you to cancel. The options they gave is to relocate temporarily, sublease, lease transfer or choose another unit, in my case, they gave me options that are more expensive than the one I signed. I declined to succumb to the disgusting options" that they gave me

A great experience finding a rental place in Canada at Alexander2 building. A nice and clean building and fantastic quality service.Great Location and a spectacular view. A place to recommend.We got a rapid feedback from Laurence for our first visit which was unbelievable. She was very friendly and had a professional approach, excellent in her presentation and patient. She responded to all questions which were very impressive. All emails/sms were rapidly answered by her during the process. A million thanks Laurence for been very helpful than we ever anticipated . I would like to extend our thanks and appreciation as well to the front desk staffs who were very much helpful not forgetting the administration staff.

This apartment offers a next level of treatment to its tenants. The amenities are wonderful, the staff are friendly, and the extra touches like a rose on Valentine’s Day or Christmas part are greatly appreciated.

Beautiful building, excellent location and the leasing process was a breeze. Annie-Jade was magnificent from scheduling a visit, showing us the common areas and apartment, to finalizing the whole leasing process. Her professionalism, rapid response and patience made this experience painless and actually enjoyable.Also important to mention is the fact that the administration team is super efficient and organized. From the welcome letter to finalizing the last requirements before the moving date, everything has exceeded my expectations.Thank you Alexander Appartements Team!!

BEAUTIFUL BUT POORLY MANAGED.Beautiful complex, prime location. Walking distance from basically everything. However, they are not able to maintain the amenities up and running. Indoor pool/jacuzzi/sauna shut down for a month in February. Jacuzzi shut down again since a month. Jacuzzi water is full of what seems to be black molds (health hazard considering it is in a shared space with indoor pool and sauna). Noticed today that the sauna is also down. Filtration system has been down since 2 days on outdoor rooftop pool (no power).

This was by far and away, the most easy and straightforward leasing processes I've experienced. Working with Julie meant quick professional responses via email/text. I enjoyed the online calendar she had which showed exactly when I could schedule a tour of the apartment. This avoided any back and forth issues of scheduling a meet up. I've had such a good experience with Julie as the rental agent, I look forward to living at the apartments.
