We met Al through our contractor while redoing our main floor in March 2022, including installing a new toilet and faucet. Al was extremely friendly and personable! We loved him so much, that we asked him to come back to install a water line for our new refrigerator 6 months later in September 2022. Once again, Al and his team were so easy to work with - I just sat back and let them do their thing.We will definitely have Al and his team back for any of our future plumbing needs, and we will continue to recommend him to our family and friends.

Allen, of Potz Plumbing is an incredible plumber and an amazing human. His workmanship and attention to detail is impeccable. I greatly value his knowledge, patience, expertise, flexibility and good nature. Before he was able to begin the bathroom renovation job, our kitchen plumbing unexpectedly blew up! Allen calmly replaced piping and repaired things back to excellent working order and then began working on the original job. He has since been back to replace deteriorated switches and pipes, install a new ballast, valves, filters and recalibrate the water pressure tank. Without hesitation I will continue to call upon Potz Plumbing for any future jobs and I recommend him to others wholeheartedly.

We called Allan at Potz Plumbing due to a leak in our kitchen tap, Al was quick to respond to our call, and had the problem fixed within days, I would recommend Allan to anyone, he was quick to respond to our calls, quick to fix the problem, and gave us a few options for the fix and let us decide with no pressure..Once we decided Al was back out getting us a new tap, with the help of face time, Al was able to show me a few taps there were at Home Depot without me having to go out..he was back that night to install our new kitchen tap..!I would recommend Pots Plumbing to anyone!

The hardest part of a reno is trusting your contractor. Allen gives you the piece of mind with honest answers, ideas and quality that you expect. A+ reno on bathroom and laundry room.

We discovered we had water leaking in the wall and called Allan to see if he could take a look at it. He was at our house that afternoon and was able to get it repaired the same day so we were able to continue using the toilet, sink and shower. Issue turned out to be an old copper drain pipe in the wall that had started leaking due to age. I highly recommend Potz Plumbing if you need any plumbing installed or repaired. We had Al Reno out downstairs bathroom last December and we are very pleased and extremely satisfied with the end result. On the outset of the project, we asked if it could be completed by Christmas as we were expecting family to travel and stay here for the holidays. We were told it wouldn't be a problem. Then we had problems with the delivery of the shower components. When they did arrive just a couple days before Christmas, Al readjusted gos schedule and found the time to complete it on time. Along the way he did not sacrifice on his skill and talent. He did a wonderful job and we love our new bathroom. We would not hesitate to recommend Al to anyone.
