Worst management team.Marlene was warned by the security supervisor at the time to put hand sanitizer stations around the workplace for the employees. She refused and put people in serious danger.

I live here and the building is run by complete idiots. The paradigm security is irresponsible and just plain rude. Whoever they have put in charge in management simply needs to be fired.

Highly recommend. The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are great. Super convenient with easy access to the GO Station and Walmart. I had to move locations because of my job, but I really miss living here!

Worst building to live in Burlington, possibly southern Ontario. Can hear the neighbors above and both sides. No soundproofing anywhere. You can hear people talking in the street with your window closed. The fire alarm goes off every other week for an hour. There's no way for visitors to get into the parking area, without parking their car and going inside to see the concierge. Condo management doesn't make any improvements. Everything looks nice but it's all built with the cheapest materials.

$2500 to rent one of these Bristol board units is wild , lots of better options to choose from in Burlington, insanely overpriced!
