Horrible person to deal with...Very ignorant and don't return messages...Have had problems since its been installed...Only way to get his attention is to go to court and that's what it is now

Decided to get rid of wood after many years, contacted Crosstown for a heat pump solution for my house. They were quick and helpful, good bunch, install was flawless and worked out well to solve my needs!

They low ball the estimate and highly overcharge...did not fix the issue...would not recommend....Beware
