Rude unprofessional staff who aren’t trained on customer service. We’re sitting there chatting with coworkers instead of coming up to customers.I asked them for specific shoes. They said they don’t have them and couldn’t order them online. I checked online myself and They were available. Overall, lazy attitudes.

I’m actually very disheartened to hear about my friend’s experience at this store. Particularly, this employee Nathan behaved very rudely and discriminated against my friend. We would like this matter escalated as quickly as possibly and looking at the other reviews, this is not an isolated event, rather it seems to be company culture to be racist. Please educate your employees on common decency.

The Asian guy with the cane rolls needs to fix his attitude. He shouldn’t be in a customer service position if he can’t handle it. Went to pick up shorts I ordered. The girl said I had to wait for them to be shipped even tho I brought them to her off of the rack in their store. I told her that makes no sense. So she went to the back to get I assume he is a manager. He gave me a look like he wanted to kill me for saying it. Didn’t speak a word to me, didn’t even acknowledge me like I was bothering them by picking up my order. I’ve been going to Markville footlocker for over 30 years. But never again.

Cashier was not aware of the Scanner price accuracy agreement so we didn't receive any adjust ment on the item. Check you bill pay attention at the register

trash service. had these slides shipped and was a little too big and so i decided to go in and exchange them for a smaller size. it was a little dirty but i told them i didn't wear them but they still said that they couldn't exchange them. i told them it was probably from customers that tried it in the store because it honestly wasn't that dirty. they still rejected my request. i went home, took a wet towel and wiped it a couple times. it looks brand new. if you can't see the picture, click my profile. what a waste of my time. employees are useless
