For a small crew they met and exceeded my expectations by a long shot. They installed our or well and pressure tank during the recent build of our home. Sadly the water after months of use was still saturated with iron and manganese. I emailed them about an estimate based on the water test results. Unlike other companies trying to sell me 5 times the system than I needed, they quoted exactly what I needed to correct the issues I was having. With in 10 business we were up and running with a new system to remove the problem metals. Our water has been excellent ever since. I highly recommend them as they were fast, professional and most importantly to me LOCAL. Thanks again!

I requested a simple water test, they came to my home, was there 10 minutes. They took my payment of $171.00 and cashed the check quickly, two weeks later still no results, the women i spoke with said it should be the following week, four weeks later still no results, the women who called me back still had no answers, I politely asked for a refund and the women hung up on me and said good luck, I would suggest not using this this rude and unprofessional company.

So glad we ditched our hard water. The difference RainSoft has made is incredible. My hair and skin are no longer dry, my entire household is easier to clean, and it goes without saying the taste is fantastic. Shout out to everyone who has helped along the way, from Dave to Dan, and everyone else in between. Could not recommend RainSoft more!

Called this company to have them come out and diagnose why we are losing water pressure. Had an appt set up for today between 11-1:30…. Got a call at 2 that the technician didn’t feel well and they wouldn’t be able to come check out the problem. When we called back to ask if another technician could come or when the next appt could be set up the woman said next week is completely full so she didn’t know when we could get in. Horrible customer service. Now it’s too late to call another company before the weekend.

Great experience getting our new water filtration system installed. They were helpful and easy to talk to.

AWS did a great a job and it didn’t take long to get someone out to get an arsenic filter installed when I bought my house. In comparison to other shop that install water filters they were much better priced. My water was undrinkable and now is perfectly safe. They did a good job walking me through the equipment as well. Very happy customer!
