I have worked for around 3 months for this company. Professionalism is really been taken seriously here. The security this company provides is really tight and appreciable. As a guard, I have got full support from supervisors, management and from the boss himself. I have had a great time working here and will love to work again if given an opportunity.

My time at DSM security is fantastic. I believe you are given a lot of opportunity to be creative and strategic in your work. They do an excellent job of training you and providing you with the necessary support to master new skills. Donny Morgan's efforts are much appreciated (owner of the company). There are some of the most amazing people you will ever meet working there.

It was very nice experience working with DSM Security. As an employee, I felt comfortable work environment. Company made me learn a lot of novel procedures in security such as patrolling, cctv surveillance and incident report writing. Its been 3 weeks working for DSM Security. Clients and colleagues I’ve come across are nonetheless genuinely professional. Especially Donny Morgan as the founder is very professional, friendly, and very dedicated. I learned a lot from him and it's a great opportunity to join DSM Security.
