This is the first laundry service I've ever used, which I needed to do after laundry at home got out of control. I could not recommend Vinny and this service enough. I don't have to shop around because I have found the right laundry service for me. Very responsive and fast turnaround time and excellent quality of laundry returned. Bonus that I can specify which detergents and fabric softeners I prefer. Thanks so much Vinny.

I had a problem with my dryer that took a few weeks to resolve. In the meantime, I used this service and I was very pleased. The person that I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful and responsive. Someone came by the house (in Willowdale) and picked up several bags of clothing that had piled up, then promptly brought them back clean, folded and smelling great. I did this for a few weeks until my problem was fixed. I strongly recommend them.

I legitimately didn't know what to expect, it was the first time getting my hockey equipment professionally cleaned. Great service and I would recommend them; my favorite part is that there was no artificial fragrances used to make it smell artificially better, what you smelled was real. I got hockey equipment cleaned in 2023.

It’s February 2023. I’ve been a dedicated hockey mom for the past 13 years to a continuously growing and hardworking young man who absolutely loves hockey. I also love hockey…but the smell of the equipment is so bad sometimes it makes me nauseous. My famous line for years has been: “Just make sure to wash your hands when you get off the ice!!!” I’ve soaked my son’s equipment overnight, pressure washed it, and have even tried washing some of it in the washing machine. Despite the amount of effort and work I put in to it, the smell never really went away. I contacted Vinny this past Thursday, which was 3 days ago. He was very prompt and friendly when we chatted. I wasn’t able to give him the hockey equipment until Sunday as it was needed for a couple games, but we made arrangements for it to be picked up Sunday. Today is Sunday. Vinny picked it up the equipment as scheduled this morning and literally just dropped it off. On the same day!!! He opened the bag full of my son’s equipment, grabbed one of his gloves, and put it right up to his nose before I could stop him. Even though I knew he had just taken it to clean it, I immediately felt sick to my stomach because of the stench I thought he would be exposing himself to. Then he passed me the glove, and I smelled it too. THERE WAS NO SMELL AT ALL!!! I was flabbergasted! I checked a few other pieces that are normally worse than the others, and they were all completely odourless!!!!!! Vinny I can’t thank you enough for this!!! You’ve got yourself a customer for life.

I am about to say something I’ve never said before: our hockey gear smells great! After iCleansocks serviced it of course. They were quick, convenient, professional, responsive, really top notch customer service and a great job done. Well worth the money!
