Stradwicks Carpet One Floor & Home
Recently had vinyl kitchen flooring tiles installed that unfortunately had product issues, which the manufacturer would not stand behind. Mat Reynolds went above and beyond to research and replace it with another similar and better quality product from another company. The results are stunning and the installer, Darrell, was very skilled, pleasant, and professional. Very, very happy with the results and grateful for a business that understands the importance of customer service.

Dave and his team did an amazing job on my two bedrooms. The flooring was a good price and they were able to get it in quickly and start the job only a short time later. Would recommend to anyone getting their floors done.

If you want it done right ask for Mike the installer. He is precise, accurate methodical and a work ethic that is beyond reproach.The care he took to install our Vinyl floors was amazing. I would give him a 6 star rating

Wondering flooring store. We were looking for a specific type of rug and the lady, I believe her name is Jesi, was able to help and accommodated my mother in laws request to help move the furniture to put the carpet down. The guys didn't give grief and were so polite and wonderful

Stradwicks Carpet One Floor & Home
After a horrible new kitchen and dining ceramic floor install that had to be ripped out because of bad install by someone else, so much money lost there, I chose to use Stradwicks. The owner Dave and staff were so pleasant and offered so much helpful advice. His installer Dave Butcher was awesome and professional. I came home today to see the completed work and I have to admit I cried a little with seeing how beautiful the results were. I can't thank them enough!!

Was here about 2 months ago.Wanted pricing to carpet a bedroom and rec room.The representative quoted me approxiamately 2500 to 2800 for both rooms Installation and tax incuded.The installer came out ,measured and said he would get back to me.He did he quoted me rougy the same price for 1 room.I explained what tgdy had told me at the store.He said he didnt realize they had already given me a price.He would check with the store and get back to me.He never did get back to me so I went elsewhere and bought csrpet ,installation and tax in for 1000.00 less.After shopping elsewhere for 40 years for my carpet and flooring needs I thought I would give Stradwicks a try,I will never deal with them in the future.Very poor way to conduct a business.

We were looking for flooring for our cottage in the Haliburton area....lots of flooring! I called Mat and he is nothing short of amazing! Seriously I ask all kinds of questions and he always answered immediately! He delivered exactly what he said he would for the price he said - and the installation was amazing. I cannot say enough good things - stop looking - you will be worry free if you go with Stradwicks - worry free! It brings me joy every time I see my floors. Even though I live in the city if I have any flooring needs - I will call Mat!

Very poor experience. Worked with a sales person to pick out flooring, he came to my house to measure rooms and said the quote would be available a week later.I followed up after I hadn’t received the quote 2 weeks later, they said the quote was coming. I followed up again 4 weeks later, still no quote. Waste of time…

I purchased the flooring and had it installed through Stradwicks. How ever after it was completed they informed me that they mis quoted me and wanted to add an extra $400 to the final bill. 2 1/2 years later a small section of the hardwood floor became detached from the subfloor and was like walking over a hump. And when I called them to inquire about fixing it, they said that I will have to pay someone to repair it. Even though I wasn't the one who installed the floor.
