Oh my gosh, the lady was so rude to me for coming to the store at 7:52pm!If your store closes at 8pm, it’s still business time till 7:59:59pm!I already had a bad day, and wanted to get a pack of 25s and your store attendant made it worse for me..And seriously you guys don’t accept visa!!???? Like seriously??????I am just upsetJust upsetUpset

I just recently moved into this neighborhood and so I’ve never used this location before.When I walked in, at about noon, it was like any other laundromat, I set my basket of clothes at the washer I wanted to use, and went up to the counter to exchange a bill for coins. I stood there for a few minutes while the two workers were just standing there chatting. I made eye contact with one and they rolls their eyes at me and proceeded to the counter. I asked to exchange my money and in reply they asked what for. It was the same lady who saw me walk in with a basket full of clothes. I asked if I could get some coin to use the machines, again in reply she asked how many I was using, I said just a washer and dryer. This woman asked me again how many I was using.. so I replied saying one washer and one dryer. She gets the change but slams it on the counter while counting the coin.Sorry not sorry for being an inconvenience to your job..Never using this site ever again

Staff seems miserable and doesn’t give you accurate information when asked. The older looking skinny guy with short hair is literally the worst.

Love this laundry mat, just wish they had a few more of the larger machines as there’s only 2, but always fantastic service ,I’m there once a week , I highly recommend going there. the girl I always see I believe her name is kaliegh I think, always friendly ,always smiling ,great atmosphere in there, I’ll always be a loyal customer, all staff are all great as well never a bad experience thanks barbs laundromat for making my short visit very pleasant
