Wanted to buy a Patek from them, however, when I went into the store, the gentleman made some absurd claims about the watch which were not even true… I did not point out the multiple lies he stated, but due to this will much rather spend hard earned money with a different dealer who is actually honest and profesional. Thanks

When I walked in, Sebastian welcomed me with a warm greeting and a friendly face. He remembered me from the first time. Sold a watch to them and it was so smooth. Sean the owner came out and we had fun bargaining back and fourth! I will for sure be back. They have the best customer service.

Extremely knowledgeable, with a wide selection, this is the place to buy, sell, or trade up your timepiece. Sebastian was welcoming and gave great input during the evaluation, trade in and selection process. Joey is on another level completely! He is a pro and he will work with you to make something happen that you will be satisfied with. This is my second time and I am already planning another visit soon...! Sean was super easy to deal with. Exchanged literally a few texts and a phone call and got a label immediately for my watch I was sending in and then I mentioned interest in a piece they had in stock. And the next day Kelly shipped it out and it's at my door. Two deals done all within two days front to back. Would highly recommend Watchfinder for anyone looking to buy or sell their timepieces.

Joey and his team are just beyond AMAZING!! I heard about Watchfinder through a friend and all I can say is that I wish I found them sooner! Joey and his team reset a pair of diamond stud earring for me that I had for years and just never worn because I didn’t like the style much, since getting them reset I haven’t taken them off! Thank you so very much! The customer service and turn around time is super quick! Highly Recommended will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family. I'm a customer for life now!

This store is above and beyond! They were recommended to me from Rubber B as a certified dealer of their exquisite rubber watch bands. I called there, and the phone was answered on the second ring by Sebastian Dronjak, who was personable and helpful. They installed a new Rubber B band on my Rolex SeaDweller while I waited and didn't charge me, nor would they take any money for it. Their willingness to to serve was evident and I am so pleased to make acquaintance with such a nice bunch of folks. I will be back!

Beautiful store! Went in to have my watch resized and they were kind enough to resize it free of charge. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend.
