Called to unlock my vehicle at 6pm and wanted to charge me $200 . tried telling me runs a legitimate business. What a rip off.

Had issues with my motor home and Oasis was able to get into the shop and fixed up, much appreciated.

Worst experience ever, DO NOT get these guys to tow your vehicle, biggest rip off ever, charged me 600 to tow 58 Kms, you are better off to call a hot shot company or lac la Biche transport. The biggest rip off ever, they are in the business of screwing people over.

Got a good price on the tires I bought here, and the wheel alignment was also a reasonable cost. However, I quickly noticed the alignment felt odd when I drove home (I live in Calgary) so much so that I brought my car to my own mechanic in Calgary. He checked it out, had to re-balance the tires and give it a wheel alignment as it was out a lot. He also asked me if the tires were new, I found this very disturbing as now I am not sure if they were new or not as I did not see them before Oasis put them on and test drove it. So in the end I recieved a poor wheel alignment which had to be redone, and a concearn as to wheather or not that the new tires I bought there were new or not. My suggestion to anyone is DO NOT bring your car here for any tire or wheel work. Seems they are not qualified to do a proper job.

Do not recommend. My husband was working up north and on his way home broke down and had to be towed. We were going to take the vehicle to a dealership to have it looked at however they convinced him to let them look at it as it would be cheaper. They said they were going to try to fix the issue by replacing a part that we had already purchased and when they let us know that they had done it and looked everything over they were unable to fix the truck. We unfortunately had to leave it with them as we live 6 hours from there so they agreed to keep it until we could find a way to tow it home. Finally when we were able to make it up there to tow it back and had a chance to look at it after they charged us for what they said they had worked on, we noticed that hundreds if not thousands of dollars of multiple tools, an expensive portable battery booster, trailer hitch and multiple other items had been stolen from the truck. No windows and doors had been tampered with. Upon closer inspection we also found that the part we had supplied them never had been installed, it was still new in the box so the work they charged us for was never actually done. We put our trust in them when we were in a really tough situation and of course were taken advantage of. Please be very cautious if you go to them and make sure that any possessions are removed from your vehicle as it wouldn’t surprise me if this was a common thing that they do. Also make sure that the work they say they have done has actually been done.

Allan and Rob were a great help to me and one of my sons. I needed used tires - they got them for me, balanced and mounted them for a reasonable price and done within the hour. My son ordered two new tires for his car - were in the next morning, they called and the tires were done right away. Service and quality are right on!
